I had a good feeling about the battery when I first tried it, and it ended up lasting the whole ride with some charge still left. So far, I’m happy with it.

Overall, the ride was fine. Not amazing, not terrible. Just felt a bit stiff to me, especially on rougher spots. Still usable though.

My order showed up fine and the main part was pretty much what I needed, so no real complaints there. I did add an accessory thinking it would go with it, but it didn’t fit the way I assumed, which was kind of annoying because I feel like it looked like it should work, even if maybe I should’ve checked better.
Support did get back to me, though it took a little while. Overall I’d still say the shop is alright, just don’t do what I did and guess on the extra parts. Double check compatibility first, unless it seems obvious, but even then maybe check anyway.

I had to send something back and expected it to be a pain, but it was smooth. The return took maybe a couple minutes to start, and I got my refund in about a few days with no hassle.

I ended up having to cancel my order and ask for a refund, i was already thinking, here we go, this is going to take forever. But nope, the money showed back up on my card quickly. No back-and-forth, no weird excuses, no feeling like I had to chase anyone down. It was way easier than I expected, so yeah, I’m happy with how it went...

I’ve only had it for a little bit, so I can’t say too much yet, but it feels solid. Doesn’t seem cheap or flimsy, and nothing has felt loose or off while using it. Overall I’m happy with it so far.

I ordered some gear from Exodus Ride Shop and the whole shipping part was totally fine. It showed up when expected, packaging was alright, no big hassle or anything like taht.
At first the product looked solid and I was happy with it, but after just a few rides I’m already noticing some wear. It’s not like it’s falling apart, but it does feel a little early for that kind of stuff to be showing up, yknow?

For the price, it’s okay I guess, but I was hoping it would feel a bit tougher. I might grab it again if it was discounted or on sale, but at full price I’m not completly sold.

The box showed up looking a little beat up, but I guess the packaging was good enough since everything inside was still fine. Not exactly impressive, but it worked.

I had some kind of warranty issue with my board and wasn’t totally sure how it was all supposed to work, so I emailed them expecting it to be a whole annoying process. To my surprise, they replied quickly, asked me to send over a few pictures, and then just got it sorted without any drama. I was a little confused it went that smoothly, but I’m really happy with how they handled it.

The checkout went through, but it was slower than I expected. Nothing really went wrong, but the whole experience felt kind of impersonal, like I was just another ticket number getting pushed through the system.

I checked out exodusrideshop.com and it does look like a real shop, like the site is put together fine and nothing jumped out as super sketchy, but since I hadn’t heard of it before I didn’t instantly feel totally confident.

I’d feel a lot better if there were more easy-to-find customer reviews, clearer return details, and just a little more info about support because when I’m buying from a store that’s new to me I kind of want those things right there so I don’t have to dig around and wonder what happens if something goes wrong or the order isn’t right.

So yeah, I’m not saying it’s bad or anything, it’s just sort of in the middle for me right now. I’d probably test it with a smaller order first before spending a lot.

The prices seemed fair to me, definitely cheaper than a few other shops I checked. I guess I was just a little disappointed because I was hoping for something that really stood out, but at least there weren’t any surprises with the cost.

I was kind of in a rush and just trying to quickly look through some skate stuff, but they actually had a solid mix of boards, shoes, and parts. I also noticed a couple brands I don’t usually see on other sites, which was a nice surprise.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few sizes and colors I wanted were already sold out when I checked. Still, even with me rushing through, the selection seemed good enough that I’d probably come back and take a better look next time.

I tried ordering a couple of replacement parts, and I’m telling you, nearly everything I actually needed was out of stock. The site itself was easy enough to use, no issue there, but the availability was unbelievably disappointing. I waited a bit hoping things would change, but it became obvious I was going to have to find the parts somewhere else.

I was just trying to find my size, but the site made it way harder than it needed to be. The menu on my phone felt clunky, like it was working against me on purpose or hiding the useful stuff in some secret corner. Checkout did go through eventually, so I’ll give it that, but it definitely took longer than it should’ve. Not saying there’s a whole plot behind it, but it sure felt like the website was testing my patience

I ordered black grips and they sent me red ones instead. It’s frustrating, and I’m not too hopeful about dealing with customer service to get it fixed. Feels like one of those things that’s going to turn into a hassle.

I stopped by the local shop and had a good experience. The guy helping me was super chill and just didn’t make me feel weird for asking basic questions. I got what I needed, and he gave me a few helpful tips too. Prices seemed fair, and the place just had a nice, easygoing vibe. I’d definitely go back.

From what I remember, it worked fine in the beginning, but the grip started wearing down faster than I expected. It’s usable, just not something I’d call the best based on my experience...

I brought my bike in to get fixed they did a solid job. The staff was helpful enough, nothing over the top, but they got it done. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping for, which was kind of frustrating?? But the bike rides well again, so overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered from exodusrideshop.com i was kind of confused by how long the shipping took. I kept checking for updates, but there really wasn’t much info, so I wasn’t sure what was going on. The product was fine once it finally arrived, but the wait was frustrating. I might order again, but definitely not if I needed something quickly.
